Excellent service. Appointment times are spot on. Never a wait. Work is done right the first time. I have full sets of tires on my pick up and on my car from Hitchens. They were installed with proper balancing and needed to return only for the free routine rotations. They also provided the tires for my camper. Great prices and great service too!
Great people and great service. We found ourselves stranded with our Motorhome with 2 flat tires.....they were able to help us out with 2 used tires (because no one has tires available for our Motorhome-all have to be ordered). They were quick to see what they could do for us. We called many places but they were the ones who were able to come through and help. They sent a truck out to replace our tires and we were back on the road by 4:45pm on a Friday. Heading back to Pennsylvania. Thank you so much.
